I make art because I have to. It is through the creative process that I transcend the everyday and connect with my soul. Energy, power and control are weighted by peace, calm and focus to achieve an internal sense of balance: my soul-state.

During this connected state I create bold and striking compositions using rich, vibrant colors. I use a variety of mediums and techniques to achieve my goals. My style of ‘modified’ Realism is inspired by the post-impressionists who experimented with color, line, and form while interjecting their internal emotions and soul into their creations.
